My strategic thinking improvements would consist of learning to build more in-depth results on issues, whether it be personal or professional. It would allow opportunities to develop and maintain the knowledge gained in a competitive situation. I would not take for granted offered resources that will make working and studying easier. Many find that a smarter way of learning is not applying themselves. The old saying of working smarter not harder still stand in so many issues and situation. In today’s society, resource methods are available on every level. The Bible tells us, people will perish from the lack of knowledge. And every man that strives mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown, but we an incorruptible (1 Corinthians 9:25). Improving knowledge and skills provide an up-to-date approach to current issues.

Resources found on the internet; it offers several ways to find information needed to complete and demonstrated skills building. However, the internet has known to provide false data. During this course studies, required direct information in books found under academic search premiere, online resources, and academic help. I also found that Grammarly and google scholar provides plenty of corrective solutions and resource data. To incorporate strategic thinking into planning processes, however, we must recognize three discrete aspects of the process: repertoire-building, managing the strategic issues agenda, and programming (Liedtka, 1998). By having the initiative to strengthen one’s ability can add value and expectations to organizational competency within homes and the workforce.

In doing reading in research, one has found that there is a distinct difference in the relationship between moral foundation principles and the concept of Level Three Leadership. For one, Level Three Leadership uses leadership examples and models to display to managers and supervisors can not only see but also apply leadership skills to his or her job. Level three Leadership was designed for managers and supervisors, so that they can know how to tap in the feelings and thought process of employees so that they can be influenced. On the other hand moral foundation principles, focuses on not only installing, but also implementing and upholding employees ethical and moral values. For me, as a previous employee, and now a supervisor, having moral and ethical principles are very vital. It shows what type of person someone is whether being supervised or not. It is hard to think about, but all leaders, managers, and or supervisors are not moral and lack moral values. This is destructive because if a leader lacks moral values then the habitat, that he or she has created, will lack the same moral and ethical principles, which will eventually result in chaos. The agency I work for we do pride ourselves on the results and data that we produce. One manager that I had did not mind taking short cuts to produce good results no matter if it affected a contractor or not. This is a prime example of a leader that has no morals, especially while on the job. A moral leader will have in mind how these things may impact someone else. The Creator tells his children, “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15, New International Version).”
