I would be very thankful to land a job with my dream company, but would also want to take action in order to ensure that I stay in the position. One of the challenges of a multichannel strategy is making sure that each specific channel is being properly maintained and focused on while not putting quality over quantity. In order to do this effectively, I would simply hire people who are really good at their jobs to manage each department to make sure that we are doing our due diligence and operating with excellence in each category. I believe that even with the technological advances we have made and will continue to make, that the number one asset to any company is people.
