Assignment: Students will be responsible for completing the first step in a three-part final presentation. The first step consists of selecting an issue that is currently relevant to the hospitality industry. The topic should be one that the instructor has not included on the syllabus. Introductory research of various topics should be completed prior to the selection of the topic to determine its value and worth to classroom contribution.
Assignment Instructions: Find an issue related to the hospitality industry that you believe should be discussed and further explored this semester. Provide a brief justification for why you feel this topic is of importance.
