Week 2 Discussion: “Professional Format and Style”
“Professional Format and Style”
How you do anything is how you do everything. – T. Harv Eker (from Secrets of the Millionaire Mind)
This course is a mixture of learning a new format (business style) and adapting your English language skills to a different audience. Business communication relies equally on format (how you communicate) and content (what you say).
Respond to ONE of the following:
- Discuss the Eker quote as it pertains to your professional experience and the material for Week 2.
- Find a quality resource that discusses the importance of format OR find a quality support that proves format does not matter in the context of the professional environment.

RE: Week 2 Discussion: “Professional Format and Style”
Hello Professor and class, welcome to my week 2 discussion. This weeks topic is very interesting. This is actually the first time I ever heard any of Eker quotes, and to be honest I love them already. EKer quotes pertains to many of my professional experiences. Eker quotes are inspiration, and motivation. They keep you going and allow you to keep a positive mindset. Eker quotes keep you driven and wanting more for yourself, knowing that you are very capable of achieving it. For example, How you do anything is how you do everything. – T. Harv Eker (from Secrets of the Millionaire Mind) , is a great quote. It reminds you to always behave and act if you have eyes on you, and also makes you treat every opportunity as if it was your last, meaning, keep pushing at whatever, and never giving up. I really enjoyed this discussion question, and can not wait to read what others have to say.
