distribution channel responses
This is about distribution channels.
I just need a response to both questions in BOLD. They can be short answers no word count.
1. Our household and my daughters’ household are all Apple users. The main reason is they are on, “The Family” plan, which is still the best deal. After three years now they are finally transferring their portion of cost into my account every month. In past years we found the Apple Store to be an amazing experience. These worldwide stores were run like a well-oiled machine. Upon researching the topic I found this Business Insider’s article (2019), I found just the opposite. The blame as presented may be too much automation with the move to an iPad for check-out. It really was not a problem for me.
What are your thoughts?
Business Insider. (2019). I went to an Apple store for a repair and was shocked by how disorganized its shopping experience has become. Retrieved from https://www.businessinsider.com/apple-store-experi…
2. I must remember to contact you in the near future to help me do some research and make the SMART decision as you did on a new car. One of my customers in California is Tesla, managed by one of my executives in San Diego. I must admit the car buying experience that Tesla offers is completely different than the other car dealers. As more new E Vehicles are introduced by new manufacturers that buy our software for product lifecycle management it will be interesting what method of distribution they will select. The Tesla way based on purely simulation and test drive prior to order, or the more conventional distribution of selecting a car from the dealers’ inventory?
Do you think the Toyota dealers will change their distribution method as these manufacturers start selling the electrical vehicle experience?
