Patient is 65 years old female living in the facility as a long term patient. Before she was admitted, she was living with a boyfriend who was very abusive both physical and verbal. One of her abusive time, the boyfriend push her off the stairs in the house and she broke her right wrist but she lied when the paramedics when they came to pick her up.  She been having trouble sleeping and sometimes tries to kill herself. Right now she is safe but still have those fears. Patient is on mirtazapine 15mg 1 tablet by mouth twice a day. 

• Develop diagnoses for clients receiving psychotherapy*
