• Now that we have reviewed a variety of leadership styles, philosophies, behaviors, and skills, please consider how learning about Strengths-Based and Servant Leadership provide a new framework for you as a leader. As you create your response, take each of the following into consideration:
  • Review and reflect on the difference between styles, philosophies, behaviors, and skills and how Strengths-Based and Servant Leadership can compliment or elevate the leadership styles that appeal to you most.
  • Review your working definition of leadership and consider how you would change this to include one or both, Strengths-Based or Servant Leadership.
  • Share with the group what you have added and how you have revised your working definition of leadership.
