This narrative should help students integrate leadership and inquiry into current practice.

This reflection journal also allows students to outline what they have discovered about their professional practice, personal strengths and weaknesses, and additional resources that could be introduced in a given situation to influence optimal outcomes, and explain how they met a course competency or course objective(s).

Reflect on the personal knowledge and skills gained throughout the course, by writing extensively about everything you know about the following 5 topics highlighted below, write at least 2 references for each topic below each question in 7th edition APA format. Scholarly articles are needed for this assignment, and should not be more than 5 years. Journal entries should address the 5 topics stated below.  

1. Ensuring the integrity of human dignity in the care of all patients

2. Population health concerns

3. The role of technology in improving health care outcomes

4. Health policy

5. Leadership and economic models

While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and in-text citations and references should be presented using APA documentation guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
